Catering Policies & Refunds

Please review these guidelines before placing your catering order with Revel Bakery & Play Café.

Order Approval Process

All catering requests go through a short approval process to confirm ingredient availability and production capacity.

  • Please allow 3–5 business days for approval by our pastry chef.
  • Orders are confirmed only after you receive an approval email.

Placing or Changing Your Order

All catering orders must be submitted through our online ordering platform:

  • No changes are allowed within 10 days of the pickup date.
  • Additions may be accepted within 10 days if supplies and capacity allow.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 100% refund — for cancellations made more than 10 days before pickup.
  • 50% refund — for cancellations made within 10 days of pickup.
  • No refunds — for cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup, as ingredients and labor will have already been committed.

Payment

  • Payment is collected through our online ordering system once your order is approved.
  • We accept credit and debit cards only.
  • No processing fees apply.

Pickup is available during our regular hours:

  • Wednesday–Monday, 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
